Whole House Renovation was founded in 1996 by Royce (Roy) Soon with one principle: the price quoted before demolition is the price on the final invoice. No allowances, no change orders, no surprises. That commitment has carried the company through 28 years and over 2,000 completed projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
We serve both residential homeowners and commercial operators. On the residential side, projects range from families gutting a bungalow in North York to condo owners doing a full unit overhaul in downtown Toronto. On the commercial side, we handle restaurant fit-outs on King West, medical offices in Yorkville, retail build-outs on Queen Street, and professional offices across the Bay Street corridor, all requiring OBC-compliant work delivered on a locked budget.
What separates us is accountability. We carry a $5M Commercial General Liability policy, double the industry standard. Every on-site crew member holds WHMIS 2015 certification. A single project manager stays on your job from permit application through final inspection, with a 2-business-day warranty response written into every contract.
